by scheduling an appointment with La Vie en Rose Esthetics, you are agreeing to our Cancellation and No-Show policies below. This is for any appointment made on or after July 1, 2023.
Cancellation Policy
At La Vie en Rose Esthetics, your 24 hours in advance, so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list that would love to come visit us. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged a $50 fee for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card. Effective July 1st, 2023.
No-Show Policy
At La Vie en Rose Esthetics, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice period. If you no-show without any notice on the day of your appointment, we will charge you a $50 fee. Effective July 1, 2023.
Credit Card on File
As of July 1st, 2023 we will ask all clients with services to add a credit card on file for our cancellation and no-show policies.
Other Policies
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates purchased can not be returned, no exceptions. You must have your gift card physically with you the day of your service. All gift certificates have a three year expiration date. We may not be able to look up a gift certificate if purchaser doesn’t add your name at the time of purchase.
It is the policy of La Vie en Rose that no person under the age of 13 can receive any services at the spa. Age 13-15 must have parent consent and have a parent or guardian in the room at the time of the service. Ages 16-17 must have parental consent to receive services.
Some medical treatments require the client to be 18 years of age.
We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Our prices are subject to change at any time. Thank you for your understanding.
